No and yes ,if Mac Carthy choose the silent treatment and Larson choose to laugh about it,good for them.But i think there’s place for people like Miller who call bullshit and step their foot down when they see exactly that,fandom bullshit.In the era of Internet,when fandom tend to circlejerk about how they right about everything and at how better their fanfic is,some brutal reminder are welcome
Well, I’m glad Jim knows their main and their peripherial audiences.
However, It’s sad that it’s 2016 and there are still some people, mainly male teenagers that still fail to understand that liking a female oriented show does not make them…any less “manly”, or that’s what I perceive from their answers while adopting a defensive behavior every time someone points them out this is a girls franchise.
Then again, they are just kids as well.

This. So much this. Actual feminism promotes equality. “Feminism” (in massive sarcasm quotes) used by the SJW/Tumblrite types today promote hatred and gender-inequality in favor of women while making men out to be nothing more than mindless brutes who rape and kill women as a hobby. With a large dose of special-snowflake and “Look at me! Pay attention to me!” syndrome put in.
Those types harm the message of true feminism. Because as soon as people hear the word, they assume the latter rather than the former, as Jarkes just did.

Sorry kiddo, “go back to 4chan” is not an argument against valid criticism. Jim Miller’s behavior has CONSISTENTLY been the Internet equivalent of an adult joining a toddler in kicking and screaming on the floor in a tantrum in the middle of a store instead of ignoring it and letting it die down on its own. You don’t give a toddler throwing a temper tantrum attention because that’s exactly what they want and validates inexcusable behavior. Same principle applies here and Jim Miller would do well to learn this sooner rather than later, for everyone’s sake. Trolls get bored and move on UNLESS YOU FEED THEM. Not exactly rocket science.

Faust had moderate feminist (read:not the Tumblr third wave kind aka the Deep End) mindset before but since then she approved that the NASA guy with the anime tshirt got dogpilled , follow Sarkeesian and the Mary Sue on Twitter and is retropedalling on the Femme Fatale Powerpuff episode.Make of that what you will.I for one think it’s a relief that she left
Obviously he dropped at some parts cause a lot of fans said the queality show isn’t good and furthermore the trolls constantly persecute the staff with their X situations or “Why my waifu X” He made clear Hasbro’s view and the staff limits with the series. So yeah he must to do a lot effort to the series can continue.
