This is clearly an imposter-Twilight, because the real Twilight would be educated enough to know that “osmosis” only applies to water, and other solvents; what she is doing is learning by diffusion. Besides, if it was osmosis, and the book were hypotonic to her brain, her head might go turgid and explode.
I actually bought a print of that a couple BronyCons ago just to explain that.
