This is an example of a paraphillia known as “stuffing”, it can be considered either a sub-set of fat fetishes, or of inflation dependent on the subject at hand.
 
It natural for people to apply there paraphillias to things they are interested in. Its why see see ponies in other fetishy circumstances.
