I think of it as social anxiety around ponies, and habitual response under stressful situation. Katrina isn’t a pony, and she’s similar to Anon in Marble’s eyes so Marble doesn’t feel similar social anxiety as with the ponies.
 
She also has been surrounded by strange ponies lately so she’s had a bit of acclimation to social environment, which manifests here.

@Pencils I’m surprised at Marble’s actions on this page. Thusfar Marble has only been able to be open around her family and Anon. With anyone else, including Mascara, she clams up and goes “mhmm”. Now suddenly she’s being extremely open to yet another complete stranger instead of cowering behind her mother. I’m not sure if this is supposed to be character growth or not, but I feel like her character hasn’t progressed in the rest of the comic to warrant this big of a change.

That is only from the version that was edited and split into two episodes for the show itself (which is also missing Catrina’s and Rep’s song from it) in the original TV Special version it was Catrina. Really both ways are fine though it’s literally a change of one letter.
 
Edit: The song by the way is called ‘Those Good (Before You Turned Bad) Old Days’ and it’s the part that makes it obvious that she was addicted to the Witchweed like a drug.
