Nah, no one in the fandom (except me) seems tired of portraying Pinkie as the fattest of the Mane6, the fattest pony in Ponyville, or the fattest pony in Equestria, so a couple of “big butt” jokes on some other pony don’t seem excessive.  
[btw, I’ve always felt that Fluttershy and Rarity are far more sedentary than Pinkie and thus more likely to be fat]
