That analogy doesn’t work because the matrix has already premeired and this episode hasn’t. It also doesn’t work as parroting a visual aspect is different than parodying a plot.
Yes. You can. If someone who never saw the Matrix but knew about bullet time that the Matrix essentially invented they’d be parodying the Matrix.
