I thought she was going to be as well when information first started appearing about Friendship Games. I suspected her great intelligence would have made her arrogant and caused her to look down on everyone, as well as possibly being coldly logical, emotionless, merciless and pitiless.
 
The impact the Mane 6 could have had on her would have been more profound, as well. Take the Fluttershy 1to1 scene. Twilight can’t understand why Fluttershy is even attempting to be nice to her because Twilight is the one who just vanquished her whole team. Fluttershy then proposes she hug a Bunny to feel good, which Twilight finds totally preposterous and nonsensical, and is shocked to find this feeling stirring on her as the Bunny cozies up to her, a feeling she can’t even understand.
 
I don’t think the Archery scene would have made any sense in this scenario, though, unless Twilight begins to cry because she is disgusted with a found weakness in herself… I think an arrogant and prideful Twilight would have actually made sure to hone her physical prowess as well as her mental acuity, as a matter of self-perfection and pride.
