I’m thinking of seeing that movie, especially ’cause the media & Twitterbase are having a cow over it.
That just makes me want to see it more.
I’m jealous, I never got to meet any VAs, or attend anything like that. Except the Austin Gaming Expo a long time ago. (Which was still fun, but crowded.)
Funny you should bring up John DiMaggio because I met the guy in person many times at Comic-Con. XP
He was a great Joker, but I wonder why I rarely see any praise for the other Joker voices.
John DiMaggio (Bender of “Futurama,” and Jake of “Finn & Jake”) was surprisingly good as Joker in “The Red Hood” animated movie adaptation. In fact, that’s probably one of my fav’ animated Batman movies. (Even the guy who made the original comic book story arc, praised it.)

Well, I don’t mind G4 having it’s own unique take on the series too. (And to be fair, has had it’s dark/edgy moments too.) G1 at times focused too much on the human characters, and oftentimes wasn’t quite as slice of life. (Except in the second series.) It would be nice to have more adventure episodes in G4 though.

As for G1, it would be interesting if the current gen had the same style, but with updated graphics and storytelling. I know its a pipe dream, but perhaps one day people will decide to take chances again. No risk, no reward.
But the show makers confirmed Sombra died. (In the show canon, at least. Granted, he was revived in the comic canon.)
Some villains actually did die in G1. >>446450 I guess things were different with kid’s media in the ‘80s. (Heck, Nintendo Power magazine’s second issue cover image for “Simon’s Quest” had an actual cow’s heart in it.)

Go to the Princess Amore page on the My Little Pony wiki. It states that Jeremy Whitley did not want Amore to be “dead dead”, and that Hasbro forbids characters to be dead.

When was the first time? And the Crystal Empire’s previous ruler doesn’t count because she’s not “dead dead”.
