I feel like there were some intentnional shipping teases with Discord/FS and Starlight/Sunburst (and way too obvious with Marble/Mac and Lyra/BonBon) but i can’t really say for sure that SoarinDash have any fans withing writers or storyboard artists to treat it ;ike “just frineds” scenario. I feel like they rather match him with Spitfire, even though i don’t like that ship.

If Zephyr is able to hold onto his hairstylist/mane therapy job, and I was living with him. He would be conceivably more successful in life than me, and be able to tell ME to go get a job. Ugh, can you even imagine?

So like… the most real character on this show gets introduced, and people have a shitstorm over him. What a shock.
 
Though honestly, I absolutely loved the guy. No character has made me laugh more on the show since Discord, and it’s really sad people are so pissy when it comes to him. The only thing he’s really guilty of is being a arrogant (something Rainbow Dash basically breathes) and a mooch, which isn’t something a character should be crucified for. At least he doesn’t have the crime of being horribly bland like Flash Sentry…
 
Also, shipping in general is a breeding ground for cancer.
