Now that’s not true. Whether you think it’s shippy or not, there was at least one moment where she wasn’t annoyed. If anything, that looks like a bit of affection to me:  
 
Again, not saying it’s love, or a crush, or needs to be anything romance-related like that. But I do think she likes him at least a little bit when he’s not being an ass.

I guess you could say that the comic I posted was sometime after the episode. Zephyr made one last flirt to RD before she went inside, where she slowly started to realize a more independent, mature Zephyr actually doesn’t sound that bad…

Yeah, now that he’s been given a push in the right direction and started to make something of himself, if he continues on that path, then he could be a worthwhile boyfriend/husband/life companion/whatever. But up until the last few minutes of his episode, though, he definitely wasn’t. And Rainbow Dash showed absolutely no interest in him beyond helping him become self-sufficient (possibly so he wouldn’t sponge off of or annoy Fluttershy).
 
tl;dr: If someone ships near-future, no-longer-aleech Zephyr Breeze with Rainbow Dash, eh, whatever floats your boat. It’s people who insist that RD was really harboring a crush on him all through the episode, no really, her every interaction showed she’s in love - that annoys the Tartarus out of me.

I honestly think that if he goes and gets help with his anxiety and matures a little, he wouldn’t be that bad.
 
He has problems in a similar vein as Fluttershy, but unlike Fluttershy, he doesn’t have anyone to help him through his problems. One of the biggest reasons he acts the way he does is because of his anxiety. He doesn’t know how to work through it on his own, so he developed coping mechanisms. He has his parents do everything because he’s afraid to fail at anything, no matter how small, and, as a result, he developed a selfish personality. If he can work out his anxiety problems, he can start maturing away from that personality.
 
Think of him as an emerald. As he is now, he’s caked in many layers of dirt and rock, but, with enough help, time, and “polishing”, he can become something worthy of even Rainbow Dash.

That’s very different from what the show portrayed him as. He was more of a hipster new-age type. Shirtless tattooed rednecks are the type who’d call Zephyre, someone who went to school to be a hair stylist, a queer and beat the shit out of him.

I would like to think rainbow dash is NOOOOOO WHERE NEAR that level of terrible decision making or that terrible interest in people.
 
Besides, it’s been shown rainbow dash is what we would call a “Star Fucker” someone Who goes after ponies like the wonderbolts and those that top tier in a given field.
