Out of all the MLP FIM episodes in Season 2, “The Super Speedy Cider Squeezy 6000” is now DEFINITELY my ULTIMATE favorite. I mean, as soon as the Flim Flam Brothers came onscreen, I immediately fell in love with them, and their song. :love:
 
I especially loved Twilight’s role in the episode, despite most of the screening was focused on Applejack and the rest of the Apple family, and, of course, Rainbow Dash and cider. :XD: Really, Twilight made a strong point in the episode about her friends being honorary family members to the Apples as well as leadership skills and calling the brothers a couple of ‘smooth talkers’. :giggle:
 
Even though Twilight didn’t exactly interact with Flim and Flim as some of the other ponies had, I think it would have been PRETTY interesting. :giggle: I mean, if it weren’t for her, the brothers would have never screwed around with their machine and might have won and taken over Sweet Apple Acres. :XD:

A couple of days after the brothers left Ponyville, Rocky arrives at Twilight’s library for some studying together. The unicorn had saved her a cup of cider from earlier at the farm and Rocky asks her how the Apple family managed to have enough this time.
 
Twilight explains about how the Flim Flam brothers arrived in Ponyville and tried to talk Applejack and her family into an unfair partnership. She speaks of how those two were ‘charming con artists and such’ and nearly bought the other ponies’ attention to taking their side.
 
And Rocky, who finds a lot of male ponies in Equestria to be quite adorable in her case, asks Twilight, nonchalantly, if those brothers were kind of cute.
 
And Twilight, being usually calm and uninterested in such things like that, casually tells the girl no.
 
She thinks the brothers are a bunch of jerks…too bad she can’t exactly hold that thought.
