1.-Spike is considered a hero by the crystal ponies. Starlight controlled and manipulated her village.
2.-Well, duh! And if you’re taking that approach, Rarity has a much darker side. Overwhelming Greed. Guess which dark side Spike has?
3.-Spike, yes. Starlight, no; she fleed after her plans came crashing down. She didn’t had friends, she had puppets or slaves at best.
4.- Alts don’t count. Starlight didn’t love her friend, he was her friend, got his cutie mark, moved away. Simple. No rejection there.
5.- I’m not even going to bother with this one.
6.-Spike is Twilight’s assistant/little brother, lives with her, is her best friend and has known her for all his life, they are bound to annoy each other out; which, they do quite often. Starlight didn’t “annoy” Twilight, she was trying to destroy her friendship and everything she had just for a petty revenge.
7.-Starlight can’t eat that shit. Maud on the other hand….
