Guess who owns both the house and the senate now? Time for some reforms.
Even if Trump does become president it’s not like it would matter much the senate decides what really happens and both sides don’t like him so almost everything will be completely against him from the beginning making him little more than a figure head even by presidential standards. Any time he says something they’ll send a representative of their own to contradict him. People want to vote for change yet they don’t look hard enough to see that voting for the one who isn’t even in charge won’t accomplish that.
What’s there to be mad about? All empires fall in time. If 2017 is our appointed time to exit the world stage, so be it. Let us pray only that Trump leaves enough of a world stage for another to rise in our place.
