Mostly, I think it’s just laziness and the fact that a lot of the target audience will just buy loads of variations of the mane six.

I’ll warn you that rerooting the mane is painstaking and takes ages. I’d definitely recommend doing sculpted hair on a brushable instead. I would love to see them, when you make them! :)

Anytime. I was wanting to make custom Dazzlings and Shadowbolts (one day). It was either use what you did for the mane or sculpt the manes. (I’m still learning).

After making her I made sure that I made the Adagio and Sonata customs from existing brushables. They’re pictured there too.

It’s a type of modelling clay/plasticine. You make something with it and you bake it in the oven to set it. Lol, I should upload a close up picture of the Aria I made so you can all see how bad it is.
