She binds; they’re under there. Normally binding such huge tits would give you a ridiculous barrel chest, but i didn’t feel like drawing that, and they’re hidden under the denim jacket anyways.

She’s 18. I decided to sort of stabilize it; cutie marks appear between 17-18, one year later, you’re officially an adult. Scoots’ petite stature is actually addressed later.
But seriously that’s the requirement for being legal in Equestria? Christ ,we’ve seen almost infants with cutie marks.
