You are right that Sugarcoat is closer to Aria in personality and hairstyle :)
Sunny Flare reminds me of Aria in this scene
Also, she reminds me of Aria because of her hair colour and eye shape.
Sunny is a cross between Aria and Sonata design wise, in my opinion.
Sugarcoat probably more so to me because the design and voice, but I can see some Aria in Sunny.
Sugarcoat and Sunny Flare are both very like Aria.
