I meant the coat
Skin, Fur is basically their equivalent in terms of genetic heritage
Edited
I’m not seeing it. Only Pinkie really stands apart from her parents.
Acknowledging it happened with some people from there isn’t the same as stereotyping all people from there as being the same.

Ah. Well, times change a lot, but people’s opinions on the matter are a lot slower to catch up with the facts, after all. That said, take away the negative parts of the stereotype and you have as fine a culture as any other. Thrifty salt-of-the-earth type folk with fierce piety, not to mention that Appalachian music and folk art are experiencing a revival. So it’s not all bad.
That’s not what I meant I meant that people from Kentucky West Virginia and Tennessee are often stereotyped as inbred hermits which I consider bigotry as for the Fugates they are in my opinion an exception
Not so. While inbreeding is itself not the cause of the disease, that being genetic or acquired (such as by consuming bismuth), the fact is that it’s recessive. Much like hemophilia, recessive genes are usually most pronounced among inbred families, as simply demonstrated by Punnett squares.
And as for the Fugates, there is ample evidence of inbreeding, not that it’s any reflection on their moral character or, presumably, yours if you’re one, and not that they do today.
yes pony genetics are different and it’s highly likely in the human world blue humans are common.
but this is still relevant to think about. also kind of funny considering that’s not likely to be a thing for them.
Both families were very large and the feud was only conducted between two defined branches of the larger families. A lot of the other Hatfields from the region testified against the involved Hatfields during the big murder trial in 1888.
Hatfield/McCoy marriages were common, so the fighting couldn’t really expand past those two small branches anyway.
They reconciled and currently make a ton of money selling their family names in connection to the feud.
For all we know, pony ‘inbreeding’ may not be caused by the genetics of the parents, but out of being born with hating another group of ponies and not making any friends. The Mccolt family may be all similar color both because of their hate of the Hooffields and because they never made friends with any other ponies but themselves.
Friendship may be just that important.
pony genetics are weird sometimes
take pinkie pie whoes the only pink one in her family color seem to be random sometimes hell the cask twins don’t even have share colors from there mother
No, It’s obviously a shout-out to Team Fortress 2!
