Ghost Upload (its there but actually not?)

Sorry to bother you people! I seem to have uploaded an image here not too long ago, but after some time I tried to find it and it doesnt appear anywhere! Which is weird cause on my activity chart I can see that i actually uploaded it. Im currently trying to upload it again, but it tells me the image is already on the forum. If it got deleted or anything then I didnt receive any kind of notification. Should I try to upload it differently or should I wait and see if it gets fixed by itself? (this is my first time here so sorry for causing any unneccesary trouble)
