Can I add an artist to the DNP list?

Artist:xeiphi does not want others to upload her art, Can I add her to the list? Or can you?
 
I don’t know where exactly should I post this so I’ll leave it here

They need to add themselves by personally making an account, verifying their links, and requesting a dnp. Otherwise, nothing can be done.

Sorry, I missed this when you first posted it. If you want to PM me whatever evidence you have for this claim, I may reach out to the artist for verification.

If the artist has made a clear statement on their primary gallery that they don’t want their art here, we tend to respect those. But I need to see it to say for sure. Every case is pretty much bespoke to what the artist wants, and what we are able to verify about the artist’s wishes. If they’re on DA or Twitter generally it’s easy to talk with them, but … it depends on the artist and what communication avenues are available.

It was actually in the description but I thought that did not mean re uploading with credits, then a user posted it on the comments
