Now, I’m not one to victim blame—BUT…if you knew that artifact can give power to anypony to do your bidding, you should’ve put it in a thick steel lockbox or a safe, instead of leaving it out in the open!
Even if there wasn’t an evil villainous creature coming after you, ANYpony in your frozen desert town could get their hooves on that dangerous artifact for their own use if they want to!
