Princess Luna with Charles (“Pete”) Conrad, a potential Element of Laughter wielder.  

Luna had even less reason to retire than Celestia. Unlike her sister, there’s not even a single instance of her having “less to do” thanks to the Mane Six. Her whole motivation is also to get back to performing her duties and ingratiate herself to her subjects, especially the foals. Her needing a little “R&R” after working for at least a few years is even more OOC than Celestia’s sudden desire to step down.
