Derpy has been available in several different capacities. Her first step onto the scene was a SDCC exclusive fashion pony. Next she was in the first wave of Funko vinyl figures next to Rainbow Dash. She had a traditional brushable in the second fan favorite set at Toys ’R Us. She now has a blind bag available in the Soaring Pegasus set.
 
Just checked Hasbro Toy Shop. Seems Princess Twilight is now available in traditional brushable size.

Glad to see a brushable Derpy outside of SDCC. That there is a Chryssi is interesting (though I recall her being in one of those exclusive collectible sets last year), since it’s so rare for Hasbro to include villains in their girls’ toy-lines.
 
Do we know the name of that lavender Earth-pony who share’s Lyra’s cutie-mark? She looks familiar.

Yeah, that set is the TRU Fan Favorites 2. The lavender Earth Pony is Lyrica Lilac and was also a part of the Groovin’ Hooves 3-pack (with Lyra and Octavia)  

 
Also there was a much better Chryssi that has had LIMITED release (one per case it would seem) in the blind bag design
