Personally I think the wii u is a vision of things to come. I think the line between handheld and console is going to blurr.

I adore my 3DS, lemme just say that.  
Sometimes I find myself having more fun on a handheld then I would if I was on PC or a console.

That’s probably what nintendo is going to do. For microsoft and sony nope. Microsoft and sony don’t have a clue how to make a financially successful handheld (cough) PSVita (cough).

Which is weird because the vita is awesome as far as I know. It just…doesn’t have games.

Problem is they tried to put a console experience on a handheld.

The Vita is so capable, shame it doesn’t have much.

That’s pretty much the problem the PSP had too, all those games that just ended up going to the PS2…
 
Anyway, been trying out Rusty’s Real Deal Baseball. Of course Nintendo would take the freemium concept and make it completely insane. Just listen to a cartoon dog complain about his home life and you can get over $25 cut off the initial total price of the game.

Should I get a PS4 or should I skip this gen?

So basically the Vita’s problem isn’t the 3ds or cellphones; rather what it’s actually doing is competing against the ps4 for the same consumer base as their console?

Pretty much. Handheld consoles should have games that you can play easily on the go. Most of Vita’s games are not that.

I don’t know how many people here care. But I thought I’d remind everyone of the Nintendo Direct tomorrow. It’s gonna be focused on the new Smash Bros. What does everybody think?

since my civilization (brazil) never got a religion of its own, the spanish and the incas keep battling in giving me a religion, and im just like “sure ok whatever”.
 
but they take it seriously, every once in a while they send missionaries and change my city religion.
 
i feel this kind of connects to real life.

Any body else think TES needs to change Staves to boost spells you use instead of contain them? it makes them completely useless once you know a spell, since why waste a charge that needs a gem?

Has anyone gotten South Park: The Stick of Truth yet?
