Genus proposes that every being has a “limiter” on how powerful they can grow, and says that Saitama impresses him because he bypassed his limiter not by unusual gifts or self-modification, but effort alone.
Even if you assume that it wasn’t just a metaphor, what information does this actually give you?
Let’s say Genus wasn’t talking about regular limits like the properties of the human body, but the OP-universe does have some sort of magical border that keeps growth back. So?
