Google results say to not do all those things consecutively, and do other exercises too, to even the distribution of muscle gain, otherwise some muscles won’t get built up.  
Also you should typically do it every other day, leaving a day for muscles to heal.

Maybe that’s Saitama’s secret. All the physical exertion caused his muscles to have to rapidly heal making them 100x stronger then normal.
