Well he did play Winston Churchill.
Besides have you ever considered how often American comic book characters end up played by a Brit like just for instance Tom Holland kinda seems like a double standard.
Not that I care any for anything Harry Potter related.

It’s just a joke about how the movies had an all British cast

Just saw Captain America: Brave New World and it’s really not that good. Can see why they went through all those reeshoots because sheesh what a mess. The Leader and Bat-Seraph don’t add anything to the plot at all.

Reports are coming in saying that allegedly, shooting Captain America BNW was a very tense and stressful experience, and that there was supposedly multiple scenes for the movie that were filed and finished but ended up getting cut becuase of all the rewrites/reshoots.

I don’t think an MCU movie has has this much behind the scenes hell before.

Absolute, critical and also neat spoilers for the latest ep of Dragon Ball Daima.

This is the last treasure Toriyama gave us before dying, the fucking madman. Bird Guy didn’t die of old age, he legit saw he absolutely peaked with this and decided “Change the world. My final gift. Goodbye.”

The world truly is lesser without his insanity.

10/10 acting
6.5/10 animation

seriously feels like the animation took a hit this season.

Disney will now release Pixar’s Elio on June 20, 2025. I don’t blame Disney for this. The live action remake of HTTYD was going to roast “Elio” to ashes if they were released on the same date.

Oh dear. “Captain America: Brave New World” got a B- in Cinemascore, which is the lowest for an MCU film.

And here’s another not-so-fun fact: only 1 of the last 8 comic book movies got a Cinemascore above B.

B- doesn’t strike me as that bad, but I’m not really familiar with how Cinemascore generates the rating either, so maybe it’s really atrocious and I just don’t know it.
