Kind of surprised that was your observation, because mostly what I see these days are occasional upload dumps of extremely same-y RD x Soarin’ pics from someone who seems dedicated to posting those and only those images (can’t be certain, because they upload anonymously).

…which isn’t so much an “I’m sick of seeing” for me, but an “I’m sick of them tagging everything pretty good except never tagging ‘duo’ for two characters being in it”. But this isn’t the “tagging gripe thread”…

Is there a tag for the AI’s default/house style? Multiple uploaders have found the secret sauce to make consistently passable images, and their collective contributions to
my:watched are becoming as generic as SFM spam.It’s not even that it’s from some inherent limitation with diffusion models: Button Fixer has a consistent AI style distinct from generic AI clop, for example. Outside the horse pastures, I know a dude who loves yiff and hates furries. He enjoys sneaking his (cleaned up) AI generations into 100% verified real artist-only gooning subreddits & Discords because he doesn’t let the computer generate with default settings.
What I’d love so see is some of these generic AI guys paint over the raw generations to give their works a unique style of flat shading. Inject variety into the recent uploads tab again.

With the PonyDiffusion models family, you can get nice-looking pictures without specifying artists name, and in fact, you aren’t supposed to, since artist tags are seemingly encrypted ; so everybody started generating decent, same-looking pictures with a generic style. The authors of these models made the slop even sloppier, in a way 😔

Even with base ponyv6 and no LORAs, if you put in a couple days of effort it’s pretty easy to develop uniquely different styles not seen before. However that does require :effort:, where the overwhelming majority of people generating slop barely know how to tag their uploads let alone how to prompt.

FlutterDash abuse pics showing the two mares in a toxic relationship, like the one where Dash wears a wife beater, gets slapped by Flutters and then beats her up. It’s very low hanging fruit, and definitely not funny.

If buying an iPad Pro & Apple Pencil wouldn’t interfere with my travel budget, I’d gen some generic AI porno, then trace over it to make some lineless vector graphics. I could probably do that today, but mice are annoying to draw with when you’re not just designing ovals.

Better still, gen something with a unique pose (or ask for something super steampunk), then do the paintover to remove the generic shading and correct perspective derps in one pass. [As a side note, spotting shitty perspective in AI images also made me realize inconsistent perspective is also rampant with human artists]

I only vector with a mouse.
I’ve also turned AI generated images into vectors by redoing them entirely by just tracing base pose and changing proportions and adding from there.

I’ve complained about this in other threads, but mid-transformation pics and sequences. There’s an anon who keeps posting them untagged, and it drives me insane. Some aspects of TF I kinda like, and I won’t judge if you’re into it, but the whole “body morphing part-by-part” thing grosses me out.

Things so pointless, even the most fundamentalist of data preservationists would look at it and think, “nah, that can be deleted”*
*Obviously, that’s hyperbole, because they’d actually think that some day it’ll be valuable evidence for inclusion in a medical study about what must be wrong these people such that they created those files and managed to think, “yes. I have done something good and beneficial, and other people will want to see it.”**
**Either that, or they’re maliciously trying to find the exact line where the worst, most useless content possible is still allowed under the site rules

I’m wondering if Edited Screencaps should be banned from this site now. It’s like me taking a picture of Rainbow Dash and having her blow a penis rather than what she was blowing in the first place.

This isn’t so much about the content of the images, but I get a bit annoyed when there are reuploads in my watch feed, even if the reuploads are better quality. I’ve filtered the usual uploader of reuploads out of my watchlist, but I can’t do that without filtering out some new art too. I really just wanna see the new stuff.

Here’s the kind of stuff I absolutely cannot stand: bestiality. Not talking pony on human, but Fluttershy x Harry. I can live with Angelshy as there’s definitely some episodes that show that he’s sapient enough to basically not be a non sapient character. Actual animals besides Angel Bunny getting fucked by humans or ponies though? Disgusting drivel that should be banned.
This also does not count anthro as I’ve seen plenty of nice anthro pics of Flutters being fucked by werewolves or something which leads me to my next annoyance.
