About images with pony related content

Hi everyone, I’m not one to write in the forum section but I wanted to ask.
A few minutes ago I uploaded an image somewhat related to MLP where a picture of Twilight Sparkle appeared in the background and a few minutes later it was removed.
To what extent can an image be considered sufficiently related to pony content?

It depends. But just having a screencap from the show partially visible in the background of one panel of a multiple panel comic completely unrelated to MLP, by itself, is usually considered Rule #3.
