You see… I, lately have been skipping slumber all night for the past few days. The next morning I always wake up is I have chest pains. My skin looks more pale than the last time, shorting out of breath sometimes, and even my daily appetite has been disrupted. Then few moments later a big one struck me, that chest pain made me partially dizzy and cold sweat. My vision momentarily blacked out and my hearing feels echoing through my ears.

Thank goodness my younger brother was in the house during those times, what would have possibly gone worse. The doc said I was sleep deprived and suffering from angina pectoris.  
I’ve been lately having trouble falling asleep because my body temperature every single night is too damn high for me to get comfortable even with a fan point blank and a good quality comfy bed.

Polyester bed sheets might help you to keep cooler at night.  
Bamboo fiber or silk bed sheets work better, but are more expensive.

Agina pectoris is nothing you should take lightly. I hope you’ll find a solution for this. There are some possibilties you can try. Talk to the doc and maybe you have to change your lifestyle a little. But because I’m on the way to work I can’t give you a proper advice right now. Sorry. Gute Besserung, my friend.

nitpicking: Chekov’s gun is not only a tool in filmmaking, but rather storytelling in general. It’s similar to the brick joke, where a plot point is left unattended and even forgotten for the majority of the story, only to make a prominent comeback much later in the story.

I hate this. Foreshadowing is part of storytelling and these people decided to make it sound as if it’s an elite skill.
