An important rule for determining anthro-ness is to remember is to check for a muzzle. If they lack one (AKA they have a face with human features, as this one does), then it’s almost certain they aren’t an anthro, but humanized or kemonomimi. However, it doesn’t mean they still squeak in as anthro under more minor criteria. Check for visible fur. If it covers more than 66-70% of their visible body (The “Felicia” rule), then they can pass for anthro, especially if much of it is on their face.
 
If they can’t pass these two criteria, they aren’t anthro. I’ve seen so many items on here that could be tagged eared/winged/horned/tailed humanization instead of anthro it makes me sad.
