Funny that you mention “sustainability”, because in schools over here (incl. business schools), that also means environmental sustainability, and I can distinctly remember having to include an environmental impact report for the projects I did in the business papers I took, else I would not pass the papers.
Graduated in 2015, it’s easy as can be if you actually put effort into it. Sassy Saddles did, BUT she really doesn’t understand sustainability. Just mass production. She’d work great in Apple or other megacorps.
Deyamn…business school must be a hell of a lot easier these days than when I went through it…back in 2009
Translation: showed up to class just sober enough to write her name.

Sassy’s business model is product saturation. It’s entirely wrong for the kind of creator Rarity is. Rarity doesn’t make clothes for people to wear, she is an artist, she puts incredible effort and talent into making unique creations, she isn’t interested in making generic templates for mass-production.
Honestly, Rarity should be making a fortune already selling all her bespoke, one-of-a-kind ultra-rare unique items. People will pay ridiculous sums of money for something that’s the only one in the world.
From a purely business standpoint she seems to be a fairly competent manager and business planner. However, her achielles heel was her insistence that they focus all the boutiques marketing on one popular item as opposed to diversifying and marketing all of Rarity’s design as hole. Thus making it inevitable that the business will fail once the fad of princess dresses passes on. Hence she’s been in charge of several failed projects.
Actually, her business model sounds exactly like modern corporate productivity to me. Buzzwords! Unsustainable growth! Innovation is bad, just waste money on marketing!
