So, Starlight joined Twilight’s gang. That means I sort of predicted the future here, then. I am amazing!

T: “Yes, I’ve made out with all these mares at least once! Even Starlight…”

As for Sweetcream Scoops, Andy Price, who works on the IDW Pony comics, thought this particular blindbag pony’s name sounded like a hooker name, and decided to use her as a background pony in ways that alluded (in a G-or-PG-rated way) to this interpretation, such as having her turn up under a streetlamp or running a kissing booth.

Starlight wouldn’t be a ranger so much as one of the villains with their own zord, like that lion guy from Jungle Fury.
 
(Rainbow Dash with Twilight’s haircut would be the Quantum Ranger, because the Q-Rex is the awesomest of zords and anyone who says otherwise is in denial.)

@Background Pony #45C8 (Stupid reply button that presses itself) Sweetcream Scoops has a kissing booth! Not many ponies have a kissing booth! Therefore she’s special and unique!

Blind bag pony, who appeared in the comics as cameo(s).  
Of course there’s dozens more Blind Bag (and I guess brushable) recolors where that came from, so I don’t know why Sweetcream gets special billing. Off the top of my head, I can think of Magnet Bolt…and no others because I am tired and I don’t keep track of which toy ponies use recolored Mane 6 artwork.
