You mean a hardline connection? your provider is still an important factor here as well. ive got a 500mbps at best with verizon
damn that is sad. who was your provider at the time. Century link? comccast? Time warner?
my old internet’s top speed was clocked at 2.8kbps.
Or in a city, a Mexican kid who walks up to you and asks for cigarettes.
The First World is great, man. We got cake and cookies, and video game stores on every corner, and everybody who walks up to you greets you with a hearty smile and handshake.
Maybe you don’t, but she does.
65Mbps would still be a bit faster then 802.11 b/g which only moves
54Mbps MAX! assuming for a moment it has dual link capabilities. (I sadly wouldn’t know…), Then the PS4 should in theory be able to connect upwards of 300Mbps. But, nothing will be faster then a Wire.To that end a Repeater either wireless or though the Mains would be your best option here.
Oh, and c) the router is at the other side of the house.
Actually, I have a PS4, not a PS3. And I honestly don’t have much of a choice when it comes to either broadband or WiFi, since a) I only have a wireless router and b) I lost the ethernet cable for the console ages ago.
Going by the opinions of people I know with satellite internet, that’s redundant.
Assuming of course that your Router is new enough to actually have GigE Ports on its backside. Since both ends have to be GigE compatible to actually use it.
Protip: It also doesn’t help that the PS3 ONLY has 802.11 b/g W(HY)TF they never thought to include an n (from the Slim onwards), quite frankly escapes me! That said however the PS3 DOES have a GigE 10/100/1000 Ethernet Port, and if you absolutely MUST download something from the PSN Store… For Celestias’ sake USE THE WIRE!! Trust me it be the difference of a few hours as, opposed to half a day!
I’m pretty sure mobile works here. My Nexus7 accesses derpi just fine.
Actually probably closer to $10.00(USD), BTW: are we all on the same page with Landline Connections ONLY? Or is Mobile also welcome in here?
What’s a real? Like 5 cents?
30 reais each month
its like
200kb/s in the morning when i download
and 50kb/s at night
Probably. Thing is, Time Warner Cable has a monopoly out where I live, and unless I want to connect via satellite (or smoke signals), this is about it for me.
