I was expecting something else based on the odd capitalization of the title, but I guess that’s just to emphasize that it’s a play on The Cat Returns.
 
Also, I think I understand the “what”, but I’m unclear on the “how”, which might or might not impact the “why”.

That was sickeningly sappy…honestly, I feel like the comic would of just been better off without the latter half. It just brings down the rest of it, which would of been cute/sweet and to the point.
