Also, it was her idea to release him and it was her idea for him to stop Tirek. So we can’t say there isn’t some level of material between them. But man, there’s no fucking shipping within the show. If Meghan write this then it’s safe from shipping. Outside her love of Discord/Fluttershy friendship and Discord/Twilight foe-yay relationship she doesn’t really have any reccuring theme of interactions.

I know, I know. As a shipper myself, I don’t have any problems with someone else’s shipping behavior, let alone any hangups about the Dislestia ship itself. Apologies if I came across as negative. It’s just that once I saw this pic I followed the links to the actual trailer and paid special attention and in the end I just couldn’t hit the same wavelength as the artist.
