By the fact that none of the Mane 6 are cold blooded killers and all of the Teufort 9 are, yes, 100% synchronicity is impossible. I think for the most part people just look for that balance, where they get the most out of the matches. It all boils down to which traits the individual in question wants to emphasize and which ones they want to ignore.
 
Twilight Sniper is an attempt to emphasize her intelligence, although it falls short because the only reason people think the Sniper is smart is because he’s a sniper. We’ve never really seen him say or do anything particularly intelligent or even bookish; in fact, these are traits he seems to insult in his domination lines towards the Engineer.

The point here is…  
Niether Twilight or Fluttershy fits 100% to any of those two mercs.

Fluttershy would be better with sniper because fluttershy and Sniper dont really fight in a brave and honorable way and just sit back behind everyone/everypony and are bad in self deffencive situations. There is also the fact that Fluttershy lives in a cottage away from everybody else and away from her homeland known as cloudsdale, for Sniper he was raised in a cottage away from society and away from his homeland of New Zeland (soilers to comics) then when Mundy reached adulthood he decided to live by himself in a campcampervan throughout the series until 1972 when his parents died and he lost his job due to his teams failiure to keep up against the robots to retire in his dead pareents cottage to live in seclusion.
 
Reasons why fluttershy and sniper dont fit, Sniper, unlike Fluttershy attempts at self deffencive combat with the intention of killing their attacker. Fluttershy loves animals where Sniper kills them and his pets are integrated from the workshop so their not cannon. Fluttershy is kind to where Sniper just yells insults at everyone after killing them.
 
The reasons why Twilight and Sniper fit, sniper loves unicorn magic, they play it safe and strategic , and they both own owls.
 
Reasons why sniper and Twilight dont fit. SNIPER CANT READ!!!, Twilights pet owl is cannon to where Snipers owl is from the workshop making it not cannon. Twilight cares for her friends where instead Sniper only attempts to save them because he is in a warzone and otherwise will try to kill them outside of work shown in the Blood in the Water comic.
 
Final verdict, Sniper is better with Fluttershy.
 
For Twilight she is better off with Medic because their both geniuses, their pets are actualy cannon, they dont do to well when acting outside the box (ingadging in combat). Twilight and Medic have a weird experemental thing with them.

I’m not sure I follow. Twilight and the Medic share far more traits than Twilight and the Sniper. Twilight and the Medic are both scientifically inclined, both have laboratories, both hold their teams together and take important leading roles amongst their comrades, both have displayed an understanding of advanced mathematics and physics, and both enjoy research and experimentation.
 
Sniper and Twilight share one thing and one thing alone, and that is that they’ve both followed a weirdo around all day. Whatever math the Sniper is supposed to know is almost entirely theoretical based on the assumption that as a Sniper he has to know some math.

well,know seeing so twilight and sniper appears to have been given much better than the doctor with her,to whatever I think would be very good.
