wow this is a familiar facepalm. everyone from twilight sparkle, who would be able to detect magic in the cloths, and even the likes of discord and celestia, brainwashed. talk about contrived storytellin.
 
i know, it is an odd story, but for goodness sake, this just treats the characters horribly for them to be so easily subdued. even if i could buy twilight, which i can to a point, but celestia, luna, and discord? beings even older and more powerful than the zebra witch? even if she has that damn amulet that does not mean she could become powerful enough to brainwash them. heck she wouldn’t be as powerful as the regal sisters with it, let alone discord.
 
……… kay that was a rant. but to be god honest it is very contrived as a plot.
