From what I’ve seen he sells only OC’s ones on his site now. Canon characters (anthro and with changed names) are only in his Ebay shop.
Well that sucks. Good to see Lunarshine seems to have found a way around that… Or is just quietly ignoring the C&D…
it did happen.
iirc some hasbro white-knight started reporting to them about these, aparently the legal debacle wasnt worth pursuing and lunarshine decided to just comply whit the C&D.
Maybe it is Rainbow Dash, they just changed the name because… legal. Though I don’t recall if Hasbro has ever tried to crack down on these, at least publicly. Though I’m pretty sure it would get public anyway if they did.
