I’m not sure how the old system worked but the new one kind of makes things easier on the drivers until it doesn’t. Win and you’re in, makes things easier until you fall into a post season slump. You have to win to advance and many drivers in that position have done it before. In my opinion this gives those people a fighting chance.

It’s pretty obvious that I’m not a fan, but I WANT to see this playoffs bullshit they have. NASCAR is the only race series in the world that has that, and it doesn’t fucking work!

What Newman did to Larson was a big load of crap, even Newman himself knows it. As for the Keselowski/Gordon fight, NASCAR new they were going to get something like this when they changed the points system like they did.

“Interested” is a funny word for a “sport” that has had substantial declines in attendance and TV ratings over the past few years and an aging fanbase.
 
Once again, I say that I question the type of person who thinks NA$CAR is a viable form of racing these days.

Contact is apart of the sport it gives a boast in excitement when racers bang into each other, Like what Newman did to Larson to earn a spot into the Championship Round and when Bad Brad got into Jeff and caused a fight and made more people get interested into the sport

F1 and Indy are to easily damaged a simple hit to the side of the car can cause catastrophic damage to its suspension and Aero unlike in Nascar they are made to take a hit and still race

Their plan would have worked by Sonata was collected in the Big One, Aria lost ground late with a bad push, and Adagio lacked the consistency to sneak in without a win.
