Think humanized AJ has the muscle mass but doesn’t have the real (upper body) arm strength as humanized RD. Some thinner looking folks could be stronger than bulkier types.
 
Always saw that as special animu logic.

Kinda of bothering that AJ has bigger arms than a guy. She’s never been as strong in the forelimbs department, losing to Rainbow Dash there.
