You don’t get it. I am talking about scenes when characters are affectionate. I doubt anyone would be so foolish to actually believe in explicitly lesbian relationships in today’s cartoons.

There is no way a lesbian ship will become canon in a children’s program in this day and age, especially not one as driven by merchandising as this one. The so-called “moral guardians” would never allow it, and Hasbro wouldn’t want to risk a boycott, or maybe worse. So, once again, the forces of intolerance win in a forfeit. And that’s how folks do business here in the “land of the free”.
