So yeah, I just saw the movie, and I for one thought their moments together were pretty cute. Flash did kind of make her cry in this scene, but it wasn’t his fault of course. He didn’t have any protection against the manipulation of the Dazzlings.

You’re right, actually. One of the problems I had with this romance is that Twilight is not a love at first sight person.

It’s probably just me and my dislike for this romance but it’s hard to believe that Twilight would be that upset about him not liking her anymore. They stumbled into each other two times, had one dance and then Twilight never mentioned him again or showed any kind of remorse for leaving him behind. Yes I know that they want to keep the movies and the cartoon separated but that makes it even worse. It’s like they flip off the romance switch during the show, only to turn it one whenever a new movie arises.

OH BOY! I’d just LOVE to see how this scene plays out and how Twily and Flash will fix up their relationship or something reminiscent of one. They will most definitely kiss and make up though (whether literally or figuratively) and certain sects of the fandom WILL rage about it! I’m already preparing the popcorn.
