nothing’s managed to do more than fracture anything on me. one of the three times were at speeds greatly exceeding normal human velocities and only when my finger got caught in a hole. the other two times where when I sprained my knee and managed to fracture my foot from flopping my leg around attempting to walk barefoot on my concrete floor, and the other time was when some dudes attacked me with baseball bats and beat on me for about five minutes before getting bored. didn’t notice that last one until a few years later when I noticed a slight knot on my shin from where they tried to hit me.
 
tl;dr: I’d be more likely to end up spraining something than anything.
