This picture destroys me every time, and I love it! Probably the best thing about it is the actual picture of Luna crying. Usually this sort of picture tries to make the sad character still look lovely, striking a nice pose even as a single tear runs down their cheek or whatever. Instead, just seeing her like this, looking more like a child throwing a tantrum of rage and self-pity… against what I’d expect, I end up feeling MORE sympathy for her. Her pain just seems so real.
