You got me. I was just spit-balling. It doesn’t look like anyone I know of, but the color scheme slightly resembles Babs seed minus the pastry stains.
I just thought he was listing off antagonists, and his last line about ‘bad manners’ seemed to line up with Babs Seed…if that is the last picture and even if its a little 4th wall breaky.
Spike’s memory is intentionally drawn bad, so its hard to tell.

They just finished defeating about 50 of them.
They weren’t exactly prepared to fight ~50 more from the front and ~100 more from the back. They weren’t strong enough to defeat that many…
…yet.
The Mane Six. Right after they get into the castle and see the Changelings, it just cuts to them being captured one commercial break later without them looking like they’ve put up a fight.

Okay, the main comics I give credit for, but if you noticed, they looked like they barely put up a fight. If anything, their manes would be just as ruffled as Cadance.
What about the Changeling arc in the main comics? And they still fought with some of the Changelings before Shining and Cadance sent them packing.
He still sort of did.
He threw the holy hand grenade remember?
And Running Away does NOT equal defeating them. If that’s the case, King Arthur defeated the Killer Rabbit.
aside for the likes of nightmare moon, discord, and changelings with extreme gluttony, she could ahve defeated them all and admitted it. she notes there aer those stronger yet also states that she sends her student soshe can learn.

Obviously the hydra was attempting to evict what he perceived as trespassers from his territory despite his lack of provocation and legal residential settlement forms, and his failure to capture his supposed interlopers only proved the futility of lynch mobs to the children.
Well, if we’re getting techncial, running =/= defeated either.
So no, while they didn’t “lose”, they didn’t defeat the teen dragons either.
They also never defeated the Hydra. And they “befriended” (to an extent) the Manticore and the adult Dragon. A moral victory, ok…but still not “defeated”. In an actual fight, both cases would’ve ended up with them killed without the elements of harmony.
Spike’s using the word defeated way too loosely here.
Tell me all about their Moral victory over the Hydra…
They overcame the challenge of the conflict of interest between both parties in a way that resulted in a greater gain to the ponies rather than their adversary,especially in moral victories.
Let alone defeat them.
Then Spike defeated the teen dragons as well, with that logic.
And Spike, did you forget Sombra?! The guy you helped blow up?!
As well as the hydra.
