Try it. It is one of the best, if not, THE BEST Simpsons game on PS2, Gamecube and XBOX. It was competing with Simpsons Skateboarding, and that was a glitchy pile of shit!
I was going by what I played(Arcade game, Bart vs the Space Mutants, vs the World and Bart’s Nightmare). Never tried Hit&Run.
