Contrary to this claim, the phrase “love and tolerance” has appeared officially licensed book ‘Twilight Sparkle and the Crystal Heart Spell’ (most likely as a deliberate fandom nod; this is the same book where Twilight Sparkle calls Cadance her “pegasister-in-law”).
 
As mentioned below, Nanoha fandom uses the phrase “befriend”, not “love and tolerate”.

This is actually amusing if you know that “befriend” is a Nanoha-fan euphemism for “curbstomp with magic, mainly gigantic pink heart-shaped death-rays.”
 
As in, “I liked the scene from StrikerS where Nanoha ‘befriended’ the alien invasion fleet. Seriously, she’s so OP in this series that she could probably ‘befriend’ Thanos or Darkseid without breaking a sweat.”
