Horses often enjoy a roll, this is one of their best ways of scratching an itch along the spine. That said, the poor things can’t reach all of their potential itchy spots, even with help from other horses. The area around the bellybutton (it looks like a little swirl of fur) tends to be itchy rather often. Many (if not most) horses absolutely love having their bellies scratched, assuming they trust the human who does so.

Yeah, I don’t have his whole story but apparently, being so tiny, he was pretty much raised by the dogs and learned to herd goats. There are some goat herding videos on there. He’s quite the little colt.
