“Satan” does indeed mean “adversary” in Hebrew. It’s not even a name. It’s just a description of a one-episode antagonist who got really popular in fanfiction.

I’m fairly sure that would be something involving Nightmare Moon, Discord, or Tirek.

I think it’s more likely to be a vulgar anatomical reference, or just a very strong expletive in general. Apparently, when the Apples say “we don’t swear at the dinner table in this family,” they mean it.

I know the word “Satan” means “Devil” To some people, But I have seen it used as a rather neutral term; I’ve read it used in context meaning “Adversary” and “Accuser” and not necessarily “Devil.” You can look up the word if you want to.

So, “Salt Sphere” is the Sweet Apple Acres version of “Hail Satan”…

Or maybe Apple Bloom is trying to summon the devil…
