After seeing the few English episodes available: That’s actually the voice acting used in the show. The voice acting isn’t good, but at the same time it’s not too bad either. But it somehow works perfectly with this show regardless. I like it.

I swear… Every time I watch Filly Funtasia very closely I don’t see any major updates. But as soon as my back is turned, another important thing appears!

One of the more awkward parts of the trailer was when she goes “I am who I am” immediately followed by her singing that exact same line. I’ll probably get used to the voices when I hear them speak more but for awhile I was starting to suspect that the trailer was a fan dub…
I agree.
However, I think their voices may be beginning to grow on me now; They did sound horrific when I first heard them.

I, and some others, believe the show is good; but negative opinions are acceptable.

The first few subs were by someone who does them a lot, the rest were by some anon on 4chan
The subtitles were made by fans of the show not a program. The uploads didn’t have them from day one. The subtitles are decent enough but some of the later episodes have typos (the kind that a program wouldn’t catch when you check for errors but are obvious when you read the sentences out loud). At least they did the last time I checked them. They might have been corrected since then.
All the subtitled episodes are on DailyMotion. English hasn’t been released anywhere.
There definitely are some… interesting moments
But’s it’s fine. Everyone knows other fandoms don’t have feelings.
